When I heard this story being reported this afternoon on NPR I was stopped in my tracks and later shedding tears. Humanity at its very worst... and why? I blame the Russians equally. They should have learned how to respond to this type of incident after they so thoroughly botched the hostage crisis in the theater a few years ago. Someone should do some training because I don't think things are going to change.
